If you're leaving on that ROCKSTAR note 😎, we wish you the best and continued successful investing! Remember that if you ever need additional help, you are always welcome back to our group where we will continue to help you in any way we can.

If you're leaving because you aren't getting results-- please remember that ANY investing strategy takes time and consistency.  Have you been consistent in your efforts over the past 90 days? I know there are a lot of programs that promise you the world, but there is no "easy" way to get to where you want to be in real estate investing.

HOW TO CANCEL

PLEASE NOTE!!  -  WE CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS for payments already processed 
so make sure if you are planning to leave, you do so before your next payment is completed. 
ACCESS TO FACEBOOK GROUP ENDS IMMEDIATELY... SO DON'T CANCEL UNTIL... 
YOU'RE READY TO END ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM.

***In addition, YOU must cancel your own subscription, we do not cancel on our end. 
An email or message requesting cancellation will not be considered an official "Cancellation"

IF YOU SIGNED UP THRU SUB2UNIVERSITY.COM 
(most of you did)
Login to your account, CLICK on your profile pic >> Go to My Account
>> Click on BILLING on the left
>> Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab...
and click CANCEL

IF YOU SIGNED UP THRU PAYPAL 
(probably if you signed up before June 2022)
1. Login to your PayPal account

2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right of the screen to go to the Settings menu.



3. In the top menu bar, choose Payments.

4. Select Manage Automatic Payments.







5. Above the merchants' list in the left column, ensure the "Show Active" option is selected.

6. Locate the merchant you want to cancel payments with. If you don't see the merchant you wish to remove, click the "See More" button to see more options.  

7. At the top right of subscription history, click the Cancel button.  Next to the cancel button should indicate whether the subscription is "Active" or "Inactive."

8. A warning will appear informing you that your service will be canceled if you stop payments. Click cancel again to confirm.
